Bubble Property Management Ltd. have been managing properties and holiday homes for over 15 years now. As with all things we pride ourselves on the service given which is why every booking has a personalised welcome letter and a questionnaire. The feedback from the questionnaire has become paramount for our clients and ourselves, in developing the properties potential and our service, giving us indicators to our joint success.
In many cases we are first point of call because our clients live so far away from their properties. We therefore have a team of professionals from joiners to locksmiths, plumbers to electricians on call almost 24/7 to relieve the clients of any worry regarding those unforeseen problems that occasionally occur.
Whether it is chalets, apartments or luxury cottages and houses our attention to the guests trouble free holiday is key. That is why for the 8th year running we are achieving 97% satisfaction ratings and the properties we manage are now getting on average a 94% return score.

Most agencies give us the guests mobile numbers. If we get a property prepared early we often give them a call to let them know. You probably won't be surprised how well that goes down with the guests. If we are informed the guests are here for a special birthday or anniversary we can put in a bottle of fizz and a greeting card. We always try & go the extra mile if at all possible.
